I’m so excited for college football to begin this week.  There are some really good games that I want to watch, plus it’s exciting because it’s the season opener.  On Saturday, there are two important games that I can’t wait to watch.  These are big games because they are between ranked teams.

First, I haven’t watched my Michigan Wolverines in a long time.  They play the Florida Gators on Saturday at 3:30pm.  Michigan is ranked #11 and Florida is ranked #17.  I think Michigan is going to win because Rashan Gary, Wilton Speight and Chris Evans are young but ready to dominate.  The Wolverines also have a lot of young and talented new players.  And of course great coaching with Jim Harbaugh.

The other big game is between Alabama and Florida State. Alabama is ranked #1 and Florida State is ranked #3.  The game is on Saturday night at 8pm.  I think Alabama is too strong for the Seminoles.  They also have their QB from last season, Jalen Hurts, back to pass and run.  I hope my parents will let me stay up late for this game.

It’s a long way until the National Championship game on January 8th.  Hopefully, your team can make it to the final 4 to get the chance to hold that trophy.
